Take a minute to picture yourself as someone who’s filthy rich and can purchase anything you want. What’s your idea of luxury real estate? What does an immaculate property look like to you? Vaulted ceilings, ocean views, in-home elevators, water slides, in-home spas, 22 bedrooms, 40 car garages, you name it.  Now, take that image you just thought of, and put a price tag on it. Now, keep reading and see if what you thought of even comes close to the most expensive penthouse in the entire world. In Monaco, housed in the 49-story concrete-and-glass tower known as the La Tour Odeon, there’s been a $335 million five-story penthouse put on the market.

This immaculate penthouse, developed by the Groupe Marzocco and designed by Alexandre Giraldi, has everything you can imagine: rooftop cabana, dance floor, infinity pool, water slide, 360-degree views of the Monaco skyline and Mediterranean sea, spa, 24-hour concierge, and a state of the art business center. The best part might actually be that you’re living in Monaco, which happens to be without income tax for residents. Entrance to the exclusive Monaco VIP does come with a cost: you must become a full-time ‘resident’ of Monaco, and for you Americans, you have to give up your American citizenship you love oh so much. No big deal.

So, if you’re Richie Rich and you have that extra one-third of a billion dollars secured under your mattress, you’ll be happy to know that this mattress is still on the market. Don’t forget that you’ll have to renounce that citizenship though, but look on the bright side, being able to consider yourself a neighbor to Novak Djokovic and Jenson Button, attend the Monaco Grand Prix, and the Cannes Film Festival. Not bad for $335 million right?
