Beauty pageants are a dime a dozen, and Brazilians know this. That’s why Brazil is leading the charge in beauty-pageant research, formulating new possibilities in the pageant industry. This year, Brazil continues to test a new style of pageant, aptly named “ass pageant”, for the fourth year in a row.The pageant started as a national event in 2011.

This year, 27 contestants battle it out on stage as Brazilians vote online through November, which will determine the 15 finalists for the grand finale. The winner walks away with $22,000 in endorsement deals and whatever other deals she can fit in. Know more.
