In the land of legal pot, Colorado, teen pot use is actually down. I’m not sure how they get the data for this report. It’s not like we can actually count on teens reporting themselves breaking laws, and that’s actually how the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment collected the data. Surveys. Maybe the data is accurate; I don’t know. I wouldn’t trust it, but that’s not to say that a regulated marijuana industry doesn’t help to keep it out of underage hands. Theoretically, it should be harder for the underage to get drugs when a legal business IDs every user, but that’s assuming the black market went out of style in Colorado. And that’s a big assumption to make. But you know what. If legal pot increases teen usage, but gets teenagers to do less of this…
